Chef Ben Toney
Ben Toney was born and raised in West Chester, Ohio. He recalls having fond memories of helping his mother bake cookies. He always knew that he wanted to be a chef. He studied Culinary Arts at Cincinnati State. For the past ten years he has worked with some of the best known chefs in the city. Believing that it was time to cultivate his creativity and lead his own team, Café Bella presented the perfect opportunity.
